I’ll be delving into the wonders of fermentation, chatting about what fermentation is, showing you how not to be afraid of fermenting, how easy it is and the importance of microbes on our plates.

We will create a lacto fermented seasonal pickle together in a hands-on fermentation masterclass. Plus, I will show you how to make a Fermented Hot Sauce.

We will have tasters to try and share so you can explore the wonderful textures and flavours fermentation brings.

This is a one off event where I am collaborating with the skincare company formerly known as Haeckels at their pop up at Altogether Otherwise. I'll be teaching you how to make a seaweed sauerkraut, which you will take home with you to ferment. The cost of the ticket price is redeemable against skincare products bought on the day. You will need to bring a 1l jar with you or 2 x 500ml for the workshop but all other ingredients and equipment is included.
