Join us for a hands on fermenting masterclass, learning how to make an award-winning KIMCHI (we will be using some seasonal ingredients in our kimchi), which you will then take home with you to ferment, plus a delicious lunch and taster session at The Walled Garden School.
We will chat fermentation, microbes, make a delicious kimchi together, enjoy a super lunch.
