Jules aka the Plucky Pickle and Zos (owner of Yes Lah) are coming together for a brand new fermentation class at Yes Lah.
We will chat fermentation, microbes, make two delicious ferments together and enjoy a super supper.
The Philippines is a diverse country with a lot of the cuisine using fermentation across many of its dishes. For this workshop you will be creating not just one but two ferments for you to take home and enjoy!
After your Filipino fermentation workshop, you will then get to enjoy a delicious Filipino supper from Yes Lah alongside some tasty ferments from Jules.
