SHIPPING & RETURNS INFO

Your pickles & ferments will be shipped once a week using a tracked service. If there is any delay to this, we will be in touch. Please ensure the items are transferred to the fridge once received. The ferments sometimes get a little lively and can leak slightly. This is perfectly normal. Just give them a rinse and pop them in the fridge.

RETURNS & CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS

Should your box arrive damaged or if you are unhappy with your order, please email jules.goddard@pluckypickle.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery and take a photograph of the product/s (preferably unopened). Thank you.

We will replace any products damaged before receipt to you, providing we are notified upon receipt and, in the case of external damage to the product, before the item is opened.

Please take note of the storage instructions. Products should be refrigerated straight away upon receiving your parcel. We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the event of your failure to care for your items in accordance with those instructions.
