Join us for a hands on fermenting masterclass, learning how to make an award-winning KIMCHI (we will be using seasonal ingredients in our kimchi), which you will then take home with you to ferment, plus a delicious lunch from Chef Rich Carver at The Depot in Macclesfield and Honest Crust Sourdough Pizza.

We will chat fermentation, microbes, make a delicious seasonal kimchi together, enjoy a super lunch:

  • Gnocchi frito, mortadella, giardiniera

  • Kimchi Ribollita Soup

  • Miso caramel bread and butter pudding, creme fraiche
