Join us for a hands on fermenting masterclass, learning how to make an award-winning KIMCHI (we will be using seasonal ingredients in our kimchi so it’s ready for the festivities to eat yourself or gift as presents to family and friends), which you will then take home with you to ferment, plus a delicious lunch from Chef Rich Carver at The Depot in Macclesfield and Honest Crust Sourdough Pizza.
We will chat fermentation, microbes, make a delicious seasonal kimchi together, enjoy a super lunch.
