Join us for a hands on fermenting masterclass, learning how to make an award-winning KIMCHI (we will be using seasonal ingredients in our kimchi), which you will then take home with you to ferment, plus a delicious lunch from Chef Rich Carver at The Depot in Macclesfield and Honest Crust Sourdough Pizza.
