Join us for a hands on fermenting masterclass, learning how to make an award-winning KIMCHI (we will be using some seasonal ingredients in our kimchi, ready in time for Christmas and the festivities), which you will then take home with you to ferment, plus a delicious Kimchi Supper from the fabulous chef at Yes Lah (see example menu below) and drinks.
We will chat fermentation, microbes, make a delicious kimchi together, enjoy a super supper.
