Join us at ISCA in Levenshulme for a WILD FERMENTED DRINKS Masterclass with Jules from The Plucky Pickle, plus supper and drinks from Chef Issy Jenkins at ISCA.
Fizz Up! Come and learn how to make a wild fermented soda and a ginger bug from scratch using seasonal fruits and herbs. Jules will give a talk on the magic of fermentation and you will go home with your own wild fermented soda plus ginger bug to create more fermented drinks.
