HIGHGROVE GARDENS: introduction to fermentation masterclass & lunch

Great for beginners - I’ll be delving into the wonders of fermentation, chatting about what fermentation is, showing you how not to be afraid of fermenting, how easy it is and the importance of microbes on our plates.

We will create a lacto fermented seasonal ferment together in a hands-on fermentation masterclass for you to take home with you.

We will have tasters to try and share so you can explore the wonderful textures and flavours fermentation brings.
