We will create 2 ferments - a lacto fermented hot sauce and seasonal pickle together in a hands-on fermentation masterclass.
I’ll be delving into the wonders of fermentation, chatting about what fermentation is, showing you how not to be afraid of fermenting, how easy it is and the importance of microbes on our plates.
We will have tasters to try and share so you can explore the wonderful textures and flavours fermentation brings.
