The Philippines is a diverse country with a lot of the cuisine using fermentation across many of its dishes. For this workshop you will be creating not just one but two ferments for you to take home and enjoy!

After your Filipino fermentation workshop, you will then get to enjoy a delicious Filipino supper from Mama Z alongside some tasty ferments from Jules.
