Join us for a hands on JAPANESE FERMENTS AND MISO MAKING MASTERCLASS plus UMAMI SUPPER AND DRINKS - we will make miso together with a jar for you to take home with you. During this masterclass, we will introduce you to the magic of koji, teaching you all about the power of enzymes, moulds, textures and tastes.

This masterclass and supper will be hosted by myself, Jules from The Plucky Pickle and Robin Sheriff from Slow Sauce, based in Aberdeenshire, who are making misos and shoyus from local Scottish oats and one of the few koji makers in the UK lovingly making small batches and teaching people about the world of koji and miso.

We will also enjoy a UMAMI supper and drinks curated by the talented team at Suzume.
